It is a legal document. If Jay Leno broke his contract who would trust him when he would try to get another job. Also it is hard to feel to sorry for Conan O'Brien when he received $40,000.000. You also said that he took the high road - who are you kidding. The last weeks of his show he had nasty comments for everyone including Jay Leno (who did not say anything bad about Conan). You cannot blame Jay Leno for following his contract with NBC. Whose executives should get the blame for the mess. Why would you think that it would be okay for someone to break a contract. My son is 3 1/2 and often is attracted to stereotypical "girl toys." But, why wouldn't he be? He has no idea that there are "boy toys" and "girl toys." He just likes what he likes! There are a lot of really cool girl toys out there and they are often sparkly and shiny - things any kid is attracted to! When he plays with little girls, he will play dress-up, barbie, kitchen set, etc, then come home and have his dinosaurs attack each other. I think it is so important not to push our views about what is for a boy and what is for a girl on our children. At this age they don't care about that. They just want to have a good time and aren't ashamed of themselves - and they shouldn't be! Just let the kids have fun.
